Position Overview:

Royal Glam Fashion is seeking a dynamic and creative Fashion Stylist with a flair for creating training content to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Fashion Stylist and Training Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand’s fashion presence and enhancing the skills of our team members.

Responsibilities:

Fashion Stylist:

Collaborate with our clients to understand their fashion preferences and style requirements.
Curate and assemble fashionable outfits, showcasing our products, for various occasions and photoshoots.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into our styling.
Provide fashion advice and guidance to clients and team members.
Assist in organizing and executing fashion events and shows.

Training Content Creator:

Develop engaging and informative training materials related to fashion styling and industry trends.
Create visually appealing presentations, videos, and written content for internal training sessions.
Conduct fashion styling workshops and training sessions for our team.
Evaluate and update training content regularly to ensure its relevance.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their styling skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fashion Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your styling expertise.
Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and the ability to adapt styles to various body types.
Proficiency in creating visually appealing training materials.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and inspire others.
Resides in Ibadan, Nigeria, or is willing to relocate.
