Job Details
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- The job role is the administration of sales and distribution of products.
- Liaise with vendors on purchase and delivery prices.
- Issue invoices to vendors, follow up with payments and account reconciliation.
- Analyze and maintain operational data.
- Marketing and sales of assigned products.
- Monitor product inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of products.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
